Whiteside County will be holding two public meetings to discuss the issue of accepting asbestos at Prairie Hill Recycling and Disposal facility(The County owned landfill). The first meeting will be held Wednesday, November 20th, 2013 at 7pm in the County Board Room of the Morrison Courthouse located at 200 E. Knox St., Morrison, IL(please use the north entrance). The second meeting will be held Thursday, November 21st, 2013 at 7pm in the Community Room on the 2nd Floor of the Sterling Coliseum located at 212 Third Ave., Sterling, IL.
