Sheriff sales are conducted twice a month on the following days:

• first Thursday of the month
  Whiteside County Courthouse
  3rd floor lobby
  200 E Knox St
  Morrison, IL at 10:00 AM

The sale officer will conduct each sale one by one until all are completed. Just prior to the sale is when the sale officer receives the opening bid and property is then sold to the highest bidder.

BUYER BEWARE (buyer could be responsible for back taxes, liens and other miscellaneous expenses).

The property is sold as is. A sale may be cancelled or continued at any time.
