The Management Services Department establishes and maintains technology standards and provides countywide technology planning which involves short-term and long-term goals that reflect the County's needs.

The department supports and manages the network infrastructure, client-server environments, internet access, e-mail, desktop software, computer training and assistance to other County departments and offices to assure the value of their technology investments.

In addition the Zoning and Economic Development offices report to the Management Services Administrator.

The Office is located in the Whiteside County Courthouse.
